At Greenly, we are committed to delivering excellent services and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. To maintain the integrity of our operations and the sustainability of our platform, we would like to remind you of our payment terms and related procedures.

Payment Terms and Conditions

As outlined in our terms and conditions, access to Greenly’s platform and services is conditional upon the receipt of payment within the agreed payment terms, typically 30 days from the invoice date.

Actions Taken for Unpaid Invoices

  1. At Payment Terms (Usually 30 Days)

    • Reminder Banner: Clients who have not settled their invoice within 30 days will see a banner on the SaaS platform, prompting them to contact our finance team at accounting@greenly.earth to resolve the payment.

    • Automated Emails: Automated payment reminders will be sent to ensure clients are aware of the pending invoice.

  2. At Payment Terms + 30 Days (Usually 60 Days)

    • Platform Access Suspension: For clients who have not yet paid, access to the platform will be temporarily blocked. A banner will inform users about the suspension and direct them to accounting@greenly.earth to settle the outstanding payment and regain access.

    • Service Delivery Pause: The delivery of the service will be paused until the payment situation is resolved. However, our support team remains available via support@greenly.earth.

Resolving Payment Discrepancies

If you believe you have already made the payment:

  • Kindly provide a proof of payment by sending it to accounting@greenly.earth.

  • Rest assured, we will escalate the matter internally and resolve the issue promptly.

Data Security and Access

We understand the importance of your data and analysis. Please be reassured that all data collected and insights generated on the platform remain securely stored. Once the payment issue is resolved, full access to your data and tools will be restored immediately.
