From the club space, the volunteer can send an automatic email to members when the shop goes live.
💡 Complete all shop setup steps before importing members. Members are notified immediately on import.
Importing a member list
Log in to the club space.
Go to Members > Add contacts.
Paste the members' email addresses.
Click Import contact list.
All newly added members receive an email from noreply@grinta.eu within seconds.
If a member replies, their reply goes straight to the shop's contact address (see Set a support email address for club shops).
ℹ️ Member emails can be found in club management apps such as HelloAsso, AssoConnect, Spond, or SportEasy.
