As a sales representative, you can run time-limited sales for your clubs. As the name suggests, time-limited sales only last for a set period: the shop is online only during the sales period.
You're the one who sets the time-limited sale's opening date and time. And you're also the one who chooses the date and time from which the shop stops being visible. Ideal for short promotional campaigns.
Scheduling a time-limited sale
If you've just created a new shop for a club, but haven't published it yet, you can assign it a publication date and time, as well as an unpublishing date and time — both the opening and the closing are required.
To do this:
From your Grinta retailer space, go to the Clubs tab and click on the new shop for which you want to schedule a time-limited sale;
In the Time-limited availability box, enter the publication date and time (on the left) and the unpublishing date and time (on the right);
Click Save to confirm.
The time-limited availability then shows as Enabled, meaning your schedule has been taken into account. To cancel the schedule, click the Enabled button. The dates will then be cleared.
Choosing the right closing time
Opening and closing can now be scheduled down to the hour. Here's what to keep in mind:
Last day of sales — to let club members order until the very end of the day, close the shop at 23:59.
Grouped order — the last grouped order is moved to "To process" in the fulfilment app about 4 hours after closing. Example: for a shop closed on October 20th at 23:59, the current grouped order is sent for preparation in the fulfilment app on October 21st at 04:15.
Countdown — on the club members' side, the shop page reloads automatically at closing time.
Offline messages — they now show the exact time, e.g. “closed since 20/10/2026 at 23:59”.

FAQs
Why does a time-limited sale scheduled before this update show 02:00?
Time-limited sales scheduled before times were introduced keep their original time: midnight UTC. In Paris time, this shows as 02:00 in summer and 01:00 in winter. That's expected: nothing has been moved, neither the shop's dates nor the grouped orders already scheduled. You can adjust the time if you'd like to close at 23:59.
Can I change the time after enabling time-limited availability?
Yes. Change the date or time in the Time-limited availability box, then click Save.
