Import your Terms and Conditions

Add your T&Cs URL once — they'll display automatically on all your shops.

Written by Manon Carneiro

Your Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) are the legal document governing purchases made on your club shops: returns, refunds, delivery timescales, and liability. In most European countries, they are mandatory for any e-commerce website. Your T&Cs will be displayed in the footer of each of your club shops and accessible to your end customers at any time during their visit.

How to import your T&Cs

  1. Click Add my T&Cs.

  2. Paste the URL pointing to your T&Cs document.

  3. The link is saved and associated with your retailer account.

💡 You can use any type of link: a page on your website, a shared Google Drive link, a Notion page, etc. Make sure the link is publicly accessible without login, so your customers can view your T&Cs from the shop.

Note: Need different T&Cs for a specific club? See Set custom T&Cs and privacy policy for a club.

FAQs

Can I skip this step?

Technically yes, but it's not recommended. Without T&Cs, your shops may not comply with local e-commerce regulations.

Can I update my T&Cs later?

Yes, you can replace the link at any time from your dashboard.

Who is responsible for the sales contract with the end customer?

As the retailer, you are responsible for the sales contract with the club or club member who buys on the shop. That's why your T&Cs must be visible on each of your club shops.

Can the club sell its own products (membership fees, insurance, registration) on the shop?

No. Only the products you choose to sell appear on the club shop. The club cannot add its own items or services.
