Set custom T&Cs and privacy policy for a club

Upload T&Cs and a privacy policy specific to a club — they override your retailer account's defaults on that shop.

Written by Manon Carneiro

By default, the terms and conditions (T&Cs) and privacy policy set on your retailer account apply to all your club shops. For certain clubs (a specific B2B contract, a brand with its own legal requirements, etc.), you can upload T&Cs and a privacy policy specific to that club — they'll automatically override your account's documents on its shop.

Note: This page covers customizing T&Cs for a specific club. To set your default T&Cs at the account level, see Import your Terms and Conditions.

How to upload a club's T&Cs and privacy policy

  1. Open the club, then go to the Shop > General tab.

  2. Click Add T&Cs or Add privacy policy.

  3. Paste the URL pointing to the corresponding document.

  4. The link is saved and associated with that club only.

Tip: As with the account-level setup, you can use any type of link (a page on your website, a shared Google Drive link, a Notion page, etc.), as long as it's publicly accessible without login.

FAQs

What happens if I don't upload any document at the club level?

Your retailer account's T&Cs and privacy policy continue to apply automatically to that shop.

Can I update these documents later?

Yes, you can replace the links at any time from the club's Shop > General tab.

Can the club upload its own T&Cs directly?

No, currently only the retailer can upload these documents, both at the account level and the club level.

Do I need to upload a document at the club level even if my account T&Cs are enough?

No, this is only useful if that club needs specific T&Cs or a privacy policy. Otherwise, your retailer account's documents apply automatically.
