As a retailer, you have access to all your clubs' dashboards, so you can trigger any of the actions below regardless of who they're listed under.
Here is an overview of all the occasions Grinta supports for notifying members, and how each works.
Occasion | Trigger | Who acts |
Shop opening | Member list import | Club admin |
Order shipped | Button on the order or Notify menu (bulk) in fulfilment app | Fulfilment operator |
Order ready for in-store pickup | Button on the order or Notify menu (bulk) in fulfilment app | Fulfilment operator |
Voucher assigned | Nominative voucher assignment | Club admin |
Endowment assigned | Endowment sent | Retailer |
Shop reopening | "Notify members" button | Retailer only |
How to trigger each notification
1. Shop opening
When the club admin imports member emails (Members > Add contacts), all members are automatically notified. → See: Import your members
2. Order shipped
Triggered from the fulfilment app, order by order or in bulk from the Processed tab, once the order has left the workshop. For in-store pickup, this email is optional and does not mean the order is available yet. → See: Notify the member when their order is ready for pickup
3. Order ready for in-store pickup
Triggered from the fulfilment app once the order is physically at the pickup location, order by order or in bulk (Notify › Pickup in the Processed tab). No need to send the shipment notification first. → See: Notify the member when their order is ready for pickup
4. Voucher assigned
When a voucher is assigned nominatively, the member receives their code by email. → See: Create and distribute vouchers
5. Endowment assigned
When you send an endowment from your retailer dashboard, each recipient receives a notification email. → See: Assign endowments to your clubs
6. Shop reopening
Trigger a notification to all eligible members from Clubs > General > Notify members. → See: Re-engage club members at shop reopening
⚠️ Good practice: complete the shop setup before importing members. Notifications are sent immediately on import.
FAQs
Which address are member notification emails sent from?
All these notifications are sent from noreply@grinta.eu.
What happens if a member replies to one of these emails?
Their reply automatically goes to the shop's contact address: your support email if one is set, otherwise the sales representative linked to the shop, otherwise your retailer account's main email address. This address is also highlighted in every email.
