Create a custom product for a club shop

Add a custom product to a club shop, on your own.

Written by Manon Carneiro

Every club shop relies by default on the catalogue shared by your partner brands. But sometimes you want to go further: offer a supporter scarf, an anniversary jersey, or socks decorated in the club's colours. Innovative merchandising offers, to bring a breath of fresh air mid-season or before Christmas for example, beyond the shop's teamwear catalogue. That's where Product creation comes in: in just a few clicks, add a custom product directly from the club's settings, and publish it instantly on the shop.

How to create a product

  1. From the club's page, open the Products tab, then click Create a product.

  2. Complete the 5 steps of the form: Info, Images, Sizes, Sales channels, and Customisation.

  3. Click Create product to publish it.

Step 1 — Info

  1. Choose a brand from the drop-down list: select an existing brand, or the Custom product option for an item with no brand.

  2. Enter the product's title and description.

  3. Add the colour, product price, age range, and gender.

Step 2 — Images

  1. Click Add to upload the product's final visual (logos included).

Step 3 — Sizes

  1. Enter each available size and its price. Separate multiple sizes with a comma on the same line (e.g. S, M, L) to add them all at once.

  2. If needed, add a brand reference and an external reference.

  3. Click + to add a new size row, with the option to set a different price for each one. Example: offer adult and children's sizes on the same product page, with a dynamic price for each category.

Step 4 — Sales channels

  1. Enable Sell in shop and/or Available in kits depending on your needs.

ℹ️ A custom product can be reserved for kits only, without appearing in the club's Products selection in the shop. And this choice is never final: from the product's edit page, you can change the sales channel at any time.

Step 5 — Customisation (optional)

  1. Enable Front customisation and/or Back customisation if you want to sell optional markings.

  2. Configure the available options: initials, name on the back...

Good to know

Pro tip: Create a themed product - for example a summer supporter range with a tank top, water bottle, or cap in the club's colours - and feature it during a time-limited sale. A great way to test a new offer and group your orders over a set period!

FAQs

Does the product appear immediately on the club's shop?

Yes. As soon as you click Create product, it's visible on the shop, provided you've enabled that sales channel.

Can I edit a product after creating it?

Yes. From the club's Products tab, click the product's row, then Edit in the Product details panel. Update the title, description, sizes, colour name, or customisation settings of the product.

Can I add a size to a product after creating it?

Yes. From the club's Products tab, click the product's row, then Edit in the Product details panel. In the Sizes tab, enter the new size in the last row of the table, choose the age range and gender, then click Add a size.

Important: if the product is part of a kit, the new size appears in the kit editor but isn't offered automatically. Open the kit, go to the Products and sizes tab, and click the size to activate it.

Can I rename a product's colour after creating it?

Yes. From the club's Products tab, click the product's row, then Edit in the Product details panel. In the Sizes tab, click the colour name directly to edit it.

Can I deactivate a product after creating it?

Yes. From the club's Products tab, click the product's row, then Edit in the Product details panel. In the Sizes tab, switch off the Visibility toggle for each size.

Can I permanently delete a product after creating it?

Permanent deletion isn't available yet. In the meantime, you can deactivate the product by switching off the visibility of its sizes: it stays visible in the Products tab of your distributor/sales rep dashboard, but disappears from the club dashboard and the shop.

What's the difference between a brand product and a custom product?

A brand product uses an existing brand from your catalogue, for example when creating a customised product. A custom product isn't associated with any brand, so it's identified under the club's name.
