See the credit and debit history of each of your clubs' cashback fund at any time.

Written by Manon Carneiro

Each club has a cashback fund credited with the commission you choose to pay on every sale (see Manage the cashback paid to the club). As a retailer, you can check the state of this fund at any time.

View a club's cashback fund

  1. Go to the Clubs section.

  2. Click the club you want to check.

  3. Open the Cashback fund tab.

You'll see the full history of credits (commission generated by sales) and debits (bank transfers, vouchers) for that club, along with the available balance.

FAQs

How does the club use its cashback fund?

The club's volunteer can request a bank transfer or create vouchers from their own dashboard. See Use the club cashback fund.

Does this balance count as accounting proof for cashback?

No. For cashback accounting on the retailer side, refer to Accounting for cashback rather than the balance shown in the Cashback fund tab, which reflects fund usage on the club side.

Why does part of the cashback fund show as "pending validation"?

The commission generated by an order isn't added to the available balance right away. It first appears as pending validation for 30 days from the date the order is completed.

This delay matches the return window given to the buyer: if the order is returned within these 30 days, the related commission isn't counted toward the club's earnings. Once the 30 days have passed, the cashback fund generated by that order automatically joins the available balance, which the club can then withdraw (bank transfer) or use (vouchers).
