The Rooms View in Groovio helps you manage and organize the spaces available at your studio locations. This feature allows you to track rooms, update their details, and remove rooms as needed.
Accessing the Rooms View
To manage your studio rooms, go to Groovio > Manage Studio > Rooms. Here, you’ll see a list of all rooms currently set up within your studio.
Managing Rooms
In the Rooms View, you can perform the following actions:
View All Rooms: The room list displays each room’s name, location, and creation date. This overview helps you keep track of available spaces across your studio locations.
Edit Room Details: Click Edit next to any room to update its name or assigned location. Editing is useful for cases such as renaming rooms or reassigning rooms after renovations.
Remove Rooms: If a room is no longer in use or has been repurposed, you can delete it from the system. Removing unused rooms helps keep your room list current and relevant to available spaces.
