Viewing Membership Credits and Usage

Groovio allows both students and studio staff to view detailed membership credit usage, including class usage by billing cycle. This guide covers how students can check their credits in the Groovio app and how studios can view credit usage per billing cycle from the admin side.


For Students (Groovio App)

Overview
Students can easily track their remaining credits and see how they’ve been used—perfect for managing class attendance and staying on top of their membership.

How to View Membership Credits and Usage

  1. Open the Groovio App
    Launch the app on your mobile device.

  2. Navigate to Your Memberships

    • Tap the Me button at the bottom.

    • Select the Memberships tab at the top.

  3. Select the Correct Studio
    If you belong to multiple studios, make sure the correct one is selected at the top of the screen.

  4. Check Remaining Credits
    At the top of the page, you’ll see:

    • Your remaining credits (classes)

    • The total number of credits included in your membership

  5. View Class Usage by Billing Cycle

    • Scroll down to the Billing Cycle section.

    • Use the drop-down to select a billing cycle (current or past).

    • You’ll see a list of all classes/courses attended using that cycle’s credits.

Q: Can I see past billing cycles and class usage?
Yes! Use the drop-down to select previous billing cycles and view history.

Q: What should I do if my credits look incorrect?
Please contact your studio directly for clarification.

Q: Can I purchase additional classes?
Yes—depending on your studio, you may be able to buy extra classes or upgrade your membership.


For Studios (Admin View)

Overview
Studio staff can now view how a student has used their credits in each billing cycle directly from the student's profile. This is ideal for support or billing queries.

How to View a Student’s Billing Cycle Credit Usage

  1. Go to the Student Profile
    From the admin dashboard, search for and open the desired student’s profile.

  2. Open the Memberships Tab
    Click the Memberships tab in the profile view.

  3. View Credit Usage

    • Click the action button next to a membership.

    • Select View Credit Usage.

    • You’ll see a list of classes the student used credits for within each billing cycle.
