Overview
If you need to adjust the dates for a student’s package, whether it’s a regular package or a makeup package, you can easily do this from the student’s profile page. From the same place you can update both the package’s start date and its end (expiration) date after it has been issued.
Steps to Extend a Package
Go to Groovio > Manage Students.
Select the student’s name to open their profile.
Click on the Packages tab.
Locate the active package you want to update.
Click the Action button beside the package.
Choose Extend Package from the dropdown menu.
Edit the Expiration Date as needed.
Click Save to confirm the changes.
Editing a Package’s Start Date
As well as extending the expiry date, you can adjust the package’s start date after it has been issued. This is handled from the same Extend Package modal.
Go to Groovio > Manage Students and open the student’s profile.
Click on the Packages tab and locate the package you want to update.
Click the Action button beside the package and choose Extend Package.
Adjust the Start Date as needed (you can update the Expiration Date in the same modal).
Click Save to confirm the changes.
The start date can be edited for an active package. A package that is still in its pending-activation state cannot have its start date adjusted this way.
Notes
You can update start and expiry dates for both standard packages and makeup packages using the same process.
Make sure to review the new dates before saving to ensure accuracy.
