Overview
If you need to adjust the expiry date for a student’s package, whether it’s a regular package or a makeup package, you can easily do this from the student’s profile page.
Steps to Extend a Package
Go to Groovio > Manage Students.
Select the student’s name to open their profile.
Click on the Packages tab.
Locate the active package you want to update.
Click the Action button beside the package.
Choose Extend Package from the dropdown menu.
Edit the Expiration Date as needed.
Click Save to confirm the changes.
Notes
You can update expiry dates for both standard packages and makeup packages using the same process.
Make sure to review the new expiry date before saving to ensure accuracy.
