Getting paid on Growi is straightforward and hassle-free. This guide will walk you through the steps to set up payouts and show you how to check payment details once a brand or agency issues a payment.

Step 1: Setting Up Payouts

Before you can receive payments, you'll need to connect your Stripe account. Here’s how:

  1. Navigate to the Payments Section:

    • Go to the Payments tab on your Growi dashboard.

    • You’ll see a message prompting you to connect your Stripe account.

  2. Connect Your Stripe Account:

    • Click the Connect with Stripe button.

    • You’ll be redirected to Stripe to complete the setup. Provide the necessary details, including your banking information.

  3. Confirmation:

    • Once connected, your Payments Dashboard will update to show your available balance and payment history.

Step 2: Viewing Your Payments

Once a brand/agency issues a payment, here’s how you can view the details:

  1. Payments Page:

    • Navigate back to the Payments section.

    • Your dashboard will now display:

      • Available Balance: The amount ready to be withdrawn.

      • Payment History: A log of past payouts, including amounts and processing statuses.

  2. Details of the Payment:

    • When a payment is issued, you’ll receive an email with:

      • The campaign name related to the payment.

      • A summary of deliverables submitted.

      • Notes from the brand/Agency, if any.

Step 3: Withdrawing Your Balance

  1. Withdraw Funds:

    • From the Payments Dashboard, click the Withdraw Funds option.

    • Choose the amount you’d like to transfer to your connected bank account.

  2. Processing Time:

    • Payments typically take 2-3 business days to process and reach your account.
