Preloading your account on Growi is a simple process that ensures you have funds readily available to pay creators as soon as payments are due. This feature eliminates delays in processing payments and provides a seamless experience for both brands and creators.
Step 1: Navigate to the Payouts Section
To begin, go to the Payouts section in your dashboard. From here, you'll see an Add Balance button. Click on it to start the setup process.
Step 2: Set Up Your ACH Payment
Once you click Add Balance, you'll be prompted to connect your account through Stripe. If you've already connected your Stripe account, you can proceed directly to inputting the amount you'd like to preload. Enter the desired amount, choose your payment method, and confirm the transaction.
Note: All preloads are processed via ACH, which takes 3-5 business days to complete.
Step 3: Balance Available for Use
After the ACH transfer is processed, the funds will appear in your Growi account balance. You can now use this balance to pay creators immediately when payments are due, streamlining the entire process.
