Whether you're dispatching deliveries or coordinating field service teams, the Dashboard gives you a complete overview of your operation in one place.

Satellite View is especially useful for locating construction sites, industrial areas, farms, or remote locations.

This tool is useful when planning routes, estimating travel times, or evaluating service areas.
Filter tasks ๐
Use Filter Tasks to display only the tasks relevant to your current work.
You can filter tasks by:

Custom Fields
Filtering makes it easier to focus on specific jobs and reduces visual clutter on the map.
Using Custom Fields
Custom Fields (also referred to as Metafields) are created by your organization to suit your workflow.
For example, you can filter tasks by:
Delivery zone
Route number
Customer type
Job type
Technician
Department
or any other values your business uses.
๐ก Tip
Combining multiple filters makes it much easier to locate specific tasks during busy working days.
Switch between business unit accounts ๐
If your organization has multiple departments, offices, or business units, you can easily switch between them.
Click the small arrow next to your username in the upper-right corner and select the account you'd like to open.

Off Duty drivers are only visible when Show Off Duty is enabled in Map Settings.
๐ Location not updating
An orange driver icon indicates that the driver is On Duty, but their location has not been updated for more than 15 minutes.
This usually means location permissions on the driver's device have been disabled or restricted.
๐ก Tip
If a driver's icon remains orange, ask them to check that location services are enabled in the phone settings and that the GSMtasks Driver App has permission to access their location.
