Need to create a copy of an existing task? GSMtasks lets you clone any task in just a few clicks, saving you from entering the same information multiple times.
The cloned task is an exact copy of the original and can be edited independently.
Cloning a Task
Open the Dashboard.
Locate the task you want to duplicate.
Right-click the task.
Select Clone Task.
What Happens Next?
Once you select Clone Task, GSMtasks immediately creates an exact copy of the selected task. The cloned task:
Contains the same task information as the original
Appears directly below the original task in the task list
Can be edited without affecting the original task
Edit or Reassign the Cloned Task
After cloning, you can make any changes you need. For example, you can:
Assign it to another driver
Change the address
Update the delivery time
Modify the description
Edit any custom fields
To edit the cloned task, simply right-click it and select Edit Task.
Tip: If you need the cloned task assigned to a different driver, you can drag and drop it onto another driver's name in the Dashboard, or edit the assignee from the Edit Task window.
