How do I clone a task?

Creating a task that can be used by numerous drivers can be completed via the clone function, which will create an exact copy of the desired task

📍 TO CLONE A TASK

  • Open the Dashboard view (map view)

  • From the tasks list right-click on the task you wish to clone

  • Choose Clone Task from the drop-down menu

  • Alternatively, you can right-click on the task in map view and choose Clone Task

  • The system will create an exact copy of the chosen task right below the original one (in list view)

  • The cloned task can be quickly re-assigned to another driver by using the drag&drop function
    ​

  • Just left-click on the task, hold the mouse button down and drag the task to the driver's name you wish to assign the task to

Note: You can also drag&drop multiple tasks! Use Ctrl/command key to select the tasks you wish to re-assign and drag them to the correct worker
