What notifications do additional recipients get:
Settlement & Capital Call Requests (but not investment schedule signing requests)
Settlement Confirmations
Trade Confirmations
Distribution Advice
What notifications additional recipients don't get currently:
Document signing requests
Onboarding notifications (ID verification, wholesale client certification, investment entity setup)
Portfolio communications/updates (such as periodic investor updates, pre-emptive right notifications etc)
Guide to Adding Additional Notification Recipients to Your GXE Account
Open your 'Account Details' page - https://portal.gxe.com/account/details
Click the blue text "Manage additional notification recipients" under the "Communications" subheading
To add a new recipient - Click the blue "Add Recipient" button
To remove a recipient - Click the "Remove Recipient" button next to the target recipient's email address
As at 4th October 2023 - We will continue to build on this feature to allow more notifications and control over what notifications are received by different recipients. Please email us at support@gxe.com to let us know any specific requests.
