How do I change my subscription formula?

Want to go a step further? Upgrade! Looking for more? Adjust your formula!

  • Go to the Gymlib mobile app and log in to your account;

  • Go to your personal space via the Gymlib mobile app (top right) and click on "My current formula";

  • Choose your new plan and then click on "Change formula now". You will then receive a confirmation email.

If you choose a higher plan than your current plan:

Your new formula will be effective immediately upon your confirmation.

You can upgrade your formula as often as you want. If you want to upgrade your formula and then downgrade to a subscription again, you have to wait for your current subscription month to expire.

In order to be able to use your new formula immediately on the day of your formula change, we will add extra pulses to your current balance. The number of extra pulses is equal to the pro rata of the remaining days between the day of the formula change and the date of renewal of your subscription.

These extra pulses will appear on the next bill on your subscription renewal date. Your new monthly rate will also appear on your invoice.

If you choose to downgrade your subscription:

Your subscription change will take effect on the renewal date of your subscription. You can switch to a formula that is lower than your current subscription once a month.

Good to know:

  • When you choose your new subscription, you can also change your payment method if you wish. If you do not change your payment method, you will be charged the current payment method on the renewal date of the subscription.

  • Your renewal date is the date of your subscription to your Gymlib subscription. For example, if you sign up for Gymlib on the 21st of the month, you will be billed on the 21st of each month. You can find your renewal date in your personal space.

  • Your pulses can be carried over from one month to another, within the limit of the number of pulses your formula offers you. If you change formula, you can only carry over the number of pulses of your new formula to the next month.

Example: you switch from an Energy formula with 80 pulses per month to the Easy formula with 30 pulses. If you have 50 pulses left at the end of your subscription month, 30 pulses will be added to your new pulse balance.
