If you are on our Standard or Pro plans, you will have access to our Study Assistant feature.
This feature can be accessed when you highlight text on either the transcript or personal notes. You can define terms and simplify sentences that are in your transcript. And on your Personal Notes, you can rewrite sentences.
To access the Define feature:
Click the word on your transcript and a toolbar will appear.
Select the Define option.
A pop-up will appear, give our AI some time to retrieve the definition of your chosen word, and it will appear.
To access the Simplify feature:
Highlight a phrase or sentence on your transcript, and it will trigger the Study Assistant toolbar to appear.
Click the Simplify option.
Our AI will take some time to process your request but it will appear in the pop-up once that has been completed.
To access the Rewrite feature on your Personal Notes panel (for license holders):
Highlight the sentence or paragraph you want to edit and the Study Assistant toolbar will appear.
The floating toolbar will have an option labelled Writing Tools.
Click on the Proofread option and you can select changes to apply to your text.
Please give our AI some time to process your requests. This can take anywhere from 20 to 40 seconds.
Interactive Study Assistant
If you have a Pro license, you also have access to our interactive Study Assistant. You can speak to or type to our AI-powered Study Assistant and he will answer your questions based on your session material.
You can activate this by clicking on the circular wand icon on the audio playback bar when you enter your session.
