How to Share the Habitify Subscription with Your Family

Before you start

When you’re in a Family Sharing group, you can share Apple subscriptions and eligible App Store subscriptions with other family members.

Turn on the Family Sharing

  • Go to Settings app on your iOS device > [your name] > Subscriptions.

  • Do either of the following:

    • Share all new subscriptions: Turn on Share New Subscriptions. When you purchase a new subscription that’s eligible for sharing, it’s shared with your family members by default.

    • Change the settings of a specific subscription: Tap a subscription, then turn Share with Family on or off.

If you don’t see Share with Family, the subscription is not eligible for sharing.

To see which subscriptions you’re already sharing, go to Settings > [your name] > Family Sharing.

Purchase Habitify Premium for Family

Follow these four simple steps to get your Family subscription

  • Open Habitify app and access Upgrade tab

  • On the pricing page, you will see different options. At the top, tap to switch from the "Personal" tab to the "Family" tab.

  • Tap on the plan you wish to purchase.

  • Follow the instructions to confirm your purchase using your Apple ID password, Face ID, or Touch ID.

Important Notes

  • Apple Devices Only: Apple's Family Sharing only works between Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac). It is not possible to share a subscription purchased on an iOS device with a family member who is using an Android device.

  • "Restore Purchases" is Key: If a family member doesn't see Premium access, the first step is always to use the "Restore Purchases" button. This prompts the app to check with Apple's servers for any shared licenses.

  • Apple Manages the System: Since Family Sharing is an Apple service, some setup and troubleshooting must be handled through Apple's system. For any issues with your Family Group, please refer to Apple's official support channels.
