Stopwatch is working on the opposite way to the Countdown. Stopwatch is help you tracking freely how much time you spend on your habit, not requesting you to pre-schedule the length of your session.
Stopwatch is now available on the revamped version of Timer on iOS only
How to Start a Stopwatch Session
To start using Stopwatch, from the Journal view:
Tap on the smart button Timer next to the habit.
Choose the section Stopwatch
Optionally, you may choose to play background sound during the session.
Tap on Start button to begin.
How to Temporarily Pause or Stop the Stopwatch Session
During the Stopwatch session, you can pause and resume anytime, or stop midway and save the time you've spent.
To pause the session, tap on the "Pause" button under the counter. You can return by tap on the "Resume" button at the same place.
To stop the session, tap on the "Stop"button on the top right corner. The app will ask you whether to save the time counted by the stopwatch to your habit's progress. You also have an "Enter Different Duration" to enter a custom value.
Special: See & follow Checklist during the Stopwatch Session
If you habit has a checklist, then during your stopwatch is running, you can also view and directly check in on the checklist.
Tap on the "-/- Tasks" button under your habit name, and your checklist will show up.
