How to Manage Your Subscription purchased on Website app

On website app, when your account is already on Premium, you will no longer see the Payment tab on the leftside bar.

The absence of this tab simply means that your account is already successfully upgraded to Premium. The option is hidden because you have already unlocked all the features.

While you can enjoy your Premium features on the website, any further management of your subscription—such as checking your plan type, viewing your next billing date, or canceling your renewal—needs to be done on the mobile app.

Please use your phone app to view your plan details:

  1. Open the Habitify app on your iPhone or Android device.

  2. Go to the Settings tab.

  3. Tap on "Payment and Billing" or "Profile > Account Status"

In short, while you can use the web app to track your habits, please use the mobile app for any subscription management needs.

If you have any request on cancellation or refund on your subscription paid via the website app, please send an email to our email contact@habitify.me, including the details of your payment (email, subscription ID, etc., provided in the purchase confirmation sent to you by Paddle.
