Automating your tracking is one of the most powerful ways to stay consistent. By connecting Habitify to Apple Health, you can let your iPhone and Apple Watch do the logging for you, ensuring your progress is always accurate and effortless.
This guide will walk you through all the specific data categories and types that Habitify can read from Apple Health to automatically complete your habits.
How to Create a Health-Synced Habit
From the main Journal screen, tap the '+' icon to add a new habit.
At the top of the creation screen, tap the "Apple Health" tab.
You will see a list of all available data types. Simply tap the one you want to track (e.g., "Steps").
Set your goal (e.g., 10,000 steps) and save the habit.
If this is your first time, your iPhone will ask you to grant Habitify permission to read this data. Please make sure to "Turn On All" or enable the specific categories you want to sync.
