If you bought Habitify Premium (Family) (including Lifetime Family) and your family member can’t restore Premium, Apple Family Sharing may not be able to “see” the purchase.
A common cause is that Habitify is hidden in the organizer’s App Store purchase history. When an app is hidden, it may not show up under Purchased / Family Purchases, so family members can’t download/restore it from the organizer’s shared purchases.
Symptoms
The organizer purchased Habitify Premium (Family), but family members don’t get Premium after Restore.
Habitify doesn’t appear in App Store → Purchased for the organizer.
On the family member’s device, Habitify doesn’t appear under Family Purchases when viewing the organizer’s purchases.
Fix: Unhide Habitify on the organizer’s Apple ID
On the organizer’s device:
Open the App Store
Tap your profile icon (top right)
Tap Purchased
Tap your name / Apple ID
Look for Hidden Purchases
Find Habitify and tap Unhide
After unhiding, Habitify should reappear under Purchased/Family Purchases and the family member should be able to restore access.
Fix: Make sure the family member is viewing the organizer’s purchases
On the family member’s device:
Open the App Store
Tap the profile icon
Tap Purchased
Switch to Family Purchases (or select the organizer’s name)
Search for Habitify
If it still doesn’t work
Confirm Family Sharing and Purchase Sharing are enabled in iOS Settings.
Check Screen Time restrictions: Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions → iTunes & App Store Purchases.
Apple may require the organizer to have a valid payment method on file for Purchase Sharing to function properly.
If Habitify still doesn’t appear under Purchased/Family Purchases after these steps, the issue is typically Apple-side. In that case, please contact Apple Support and ask them why the purchase is not visible/shareable to family members.
