Sometimes, after you add the Habitify custom connector in Claude, Claude may show a “Configure” button right away instead of the expected “Connect” button.
This is a known behavior on Claude’s side, and you can fix it by disconnecting and reconnecting the connector.
How to fix
Open Claude → Profile (your initials) → Settings → Connectors.
Find the Habitify connector.
If it shows Configure, tap the … (three-dot) menu next to the connector → choose Disconnect.
After disconnecting, the Connect button should appear.
Tap Connect and follow the prompts to sign in to Habitify and authorize access.
If you still can’t connect
Make sure you’re using Claude’s paid plan (Custom Connectors are a premium feature).
If they are on Team and Enterprise plans, only Owners can add the custom connectors. Once a connector has been added to a Team or Enterprise organization, users individually connect to and enable that connector.
Try again on a different network (Wi‑Fi vs cellular) and restart Claude.
If you see an error message, please share a screenshot (or screen recording) and the exact wording so we can help.
