Troubleshooting: Lifetime Membership Showing as "Free" on iOS (Purchased via Android)

If you previously purchased a Habitify Lifetime membership on an Android device but are currently using the iOS app, you might have noticed your account unexpectedly downgrading to a "Free" membership.

We completely understand how frustrating it is to lose access to the premium features you already paid for. Please rest assured that your Lifetime purchase is safe, and we are here to help you restore it.

Why is this happening?

We recently transitioned to a new tiered pricing system. During this update, a syncing issue occurred specifically affecting users who bought their Lifetime plan on Google Play (Android) but are now logging in on Apple devices (iOS). The iOS app is temporarily failing to recognize the cross-platform Lifetime status.

How We Are Fixing It

A permanent fix is already on the way. Our engineering team has identified the bug and resolved it. The updated version of Habitify is currently pending review by the App Store, and the issue will be automatically fixed as soon as you update the app to the upcoming version.

Immediate Solution: How to Restore Your Access Now

You do not have to wait for the App Store update to get your Premium features back! If you are currently locked out of your Lifetime membership, our support team can manually restore your account right now.

Here is what you need to do:

  1. Find your receipt: Locate the original Google Play receipt or invoice for your Habitify Lifetime purchase. (You can usually find this by searching your email inbox for "Google Play Habitify" or by checking your Google Pay transaction history).

  2. Contact Support: Reach out to our support team directly through the app (go to Settings > Contact Us) or email us.

  3. Send us the invoice: Attach a screenshot or PDF of your Google Play receipt and let us know your account is experiencing the Android-to-iOS Lifetime bug.

Once we receive your message and verify the receipt, our team will manually upgrade your account back to Lifetime status immediately.
