If you recently purchased a Habitify Team subscription, you likely have questions about how your activation codes function, when they expire, and how to manage renewals.
Here is a straightforward guide covering everything you need to know about distributing and redeeming your Team codes.
🔑 Core Rules of Activation Codes
No Expiration Date: Your unredeemed activation codes do not expire. You can purchase them now and distribute them whenever your team is ready.
One Redemption Per Account: Each individual Habitify account can only redeem a specific code once.
Duration Starts Upon Redemption: The clock on the Premium subscription does not start ticking on the day you purchase the code. It strictly begins the moment the user actually redeems the code in their app.
For Example: Let's say you purchase a 1-month Team license code on July 1, 2026. If a team member waits and redeems that code to activate their Premium on July 7, 2026, they will have full Premium access until August 7, 2026.
⏳ What to Do When a License Expires
Habitify Team activation codes do not automatically renew. Once the duration of the redeemed code (e.g., 1 month or 1 year) comes to an end, the user's account will automatically revert to the free version.

Once purchased, simply provide the new code to your team member so they can redeem it and start their next Premium cycle.
🔒 Keeping Your Codes Secure
For now, Habitify does not have a centralized management dashboard to track exactly who has redeemed your specific codes.
Because anyone with the code can activate it, we highly recommend treating your activation codes like passwords. Please keep them secure and only share them privately with the specific team members you intend to grant Premium access to.
