Use Countdown Timer

A timer, or a time temporizer, that supports you to record the time you spend on your habits.

How to use

Legacy version (available on Android)

From the Journal view:

  • Tap on the smart button Timer next to the habit, switch to tab Countdown.

  • Adjust the time interval by pressing and holding the time ruler and then swiping left or right. Maximum value is 3 hours.

  • Tap the Start button to begin the timer session.

During the Timer session, you can pause and resume anytime or stop midway and save the time you've spent.

Revamped version (available on iOS)

From the Journal view:

  • Tap on the smart button Timer next to the habit.

  • Choose the section Countdown

  • Define the length of countdown session. Maximum value is 23 hours 59 minutes.

  • Optinally, you can choose to run the background sound.

  • Tap the Start button to begin the timer session.

During the Timer session, you can:

  • Change the background sound or turn it off

  • See and check in on your checklist

You also can pause and resume anytime or stop midway and save the time you've spent.
