What you can do with note

  • Inspiration and Vision: Use the Habit Note to record the inspiration or vision that motivated you to start the habit. Having this written down can serve as a reminder and help you stay focused on your goals.

  • Diary and Reflection: Treat the Habit Note as your diary while tracking the habit. You can jot down your feelings, experiences, and progress as you go along. This reflection can help you gain insights into your habits and identify areas for improvement.

  • Problem-Solving: If there are days when you can't complete your habit, use the Habit Note to write down the reasons and obstacles that prevented you from doing so. By documenting these challenges, you can develop solutions to overcome them and prevent similar issues in the future.

How to add a note:

To open the Habit Note:

  1. Swipe left on the habit in the Journal tab, then choose "Add Note."

Note: It may take a while to completely upload your photos based on the photo size and your internet.

FAQs

See all my notes

We still need to add a place where you can see all the notes on all habits. Tracking the note along with your habit's single progress is still recommended for effective tracking and reflection.
