Habitify can sync your workout activities and vitamin intake data from your Health Kit, allowing you to view your progress in both your habits and health care in one app. It supports syncing data from Apple Health on iOS.

How to create a habit connected with Apple Health

To create a new habit that connects and syncs data from Apple Health, please follow the steps below:

  1. Tap "+" on the date bar.

  2. Choose between create a good or bad habit.

  3. Switch to the Health section.

  4. Choose a health item, then enable Allow Habitify to read.

  5. Tap on Allow on the top right corner.

  6. Configure the details of your habit including repetition, goal, and reminders/

  7. Tap Save to add the new habit to your list.
