Available on Apple devices, shortcuts can be used to perform various actions related to habit tracking, making it easy and convenient for users. Here are some of the actions that can be performed using shortcuts in Habitify:

  • View the progress of a habit on the current day

  • View a folder ( an area) in the Journal view

  • Add Note for a habit

  • Add a Log for a habit

  • Set Status for a habit

This shortcut helps you check the habit's status quickly on the current day.

  • In the Settings of this shortcut, you will need to choose a specific habit.

  • If you leave it empty, each time the shortcut runs, you will be asked to choose one habit you want to check the current progress.

View Folder

This shortcut will lead you to the Journal view of the chosen area.

  • In the Settings of this shortcut, you will need to choose a specific area.

  • If you leave it empty, each time the shortcut runs, you will be asked to choose one habit on which you want to leave a note.

  • In this shortcut, you can set the date as "Current date" for default or "Ask each time" you run it.

Add Log

This shortcut is for logging your progress value.

  • In the Settings of this shortcut, you will need to choose a specific habit, and remember to choose the unit as "rep".

Set Status

This shortcut makes setting a status for your habit easier without opening the app.

  • In this shortcut, you can set the date as "Current date" for default or "Ask each time" you run it.

  • You can leave the "habit" empty and "status" as "ask each time". It will let you choose among options each time you run the shortcut.

Please note that some shortcuts, like "Start Timer" and "View Progress of Bad Habit," may not work as expected due to recent updates in Timer and Bad Habit features. The developers are working to improve them, and updates will be provided when available.
