Refund on subscription via iOS app
Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
Find the recent subscription item of the app Habitify, then choose Submit.
If your request is approved by Apple, it might take additional time for the funds to return to your payment method.

Refund on subscription via Android app
If it’s been less than 48 hours since you bought an app or made an in-app purchase: You can request a refund through Google Play.
Go to the Play Store app.
At the top right, click your Profile picture.
Click Payments & subscriptions > Budget & history.
For the order you want to request a refund, click on View to see Transaction details.
Click Report a problem.
Select the reason for the refund from the dropdown.
Click Submit.

Refund on subscription via Website app
For subscriptions made on the website app, you can request a refund within 7 days since the payment date.
You can leave us a screenshot of the payment invoice, or the email address you enter when process your payment. Our team will get back and check your request within 24 hours.
