Currently there is an issue with the Delete Account API so you may not delete your account right in the app.
Please leave us a message via in-app support chatbox, just "Delete this account". Our agent will check the message and process the request within 24 hours for you.

To delete your account:
In the Settings tab, tap on your profile
Scroll down to the Cautious zone
Tap 'Delete' of section Delete account
Tap on the Delete button of the confirmation pop-up
Once your account is deleted, the app will go back to sign-in screen.
In case you take steps but your account is still there, please:
Try to close the app, or
Contact us via in-app chatbox in the Settings, telling us that you want to delete your account, and we will take care the rest!
Deleting your account won't be able to cancel your subscription.
