When you start your subscription from the iOS app or Android app, your subscription goes with your Apple ID or Google Account. Therefore, in case you want to move to a new account, you can easily restore the Premium without re-purchasing a new one.
Subscription via iOS app
Ensure you are logged into the Apple account used to purchase Premium.
Open the Habitify app
Go to the Settings
Find and tap on Restore Purchase.
Subscription via Android app
On the Google Play Store, make sure you are logged into the Google account used for Premium purchases.
Try to re-install the Habitify app one more time.
Subscription via Website app
For the purchase from the website app, the subscription will go with your Habitify account. Therefore, when you start a new account, you may need to start a new subscription as well. Also, please remember to cancel the old one.
However, if it is a Lifetime subscription, please find the payment invoice and send it to us via the in-app chatbox. We will check and restore the purchase for you.
