If you are following a workout plan and the plan is on your workout calendar, you have three options to move your workouts and deciding which one depends on how much you want to change.

Please refer to article How to Pause and Resume Your Workout Plan or How to Stop Your Workout Plan if you want to pause and restart your plan or remove your plan from your calendar.

Scenario 1: You want to change your workout and rest days

NOTE: this is not an option for plans that have pre-programmed REST DAYS, like Power Happens Beginner or Power Happens Int/Adv.

  1. Go to the Plans in the app.

  2. Press Following and then press the workout plan you want to update.

  3. Press Pause or Edit at the bottom of the screen.

  4. Press Follow Recommended Schedule.

  5. Update your rest days. Note on this screen, the days that are not selected will be your rest days.

  6. Press Continue.

  7. Press Save.

Scenario 2: You want to move a workout to a different day

  1. Go to your Calendar in the app.

  2. Press the three dots on the workout(s) you want to move and press β€˜Move’.

  3. Select the date to which you would like to move the workout and press Confirm.

Here is a video that also demonstrates the steps to move a workout:

Scenario 3: You want to move a lot of workouts and the standard app scheduling options do not have the options you require to move the workouts in mass

For example, our Power Happens Beg and Int/Adv plans have rest days built into the plan, so if you want different rest days, this is the best method to make changes.
