Note that we have both a web browser version and a mobile version of our 'app'. It is possible that you created an account on our web browser when you made your purchase and then when you logged into the app, you used a different email and created a second account. It is often due to a typo when creating the account on the browser, but it could also be the reverse, you downloaded our app, created a free app account and used a different email or had a typo in your email.
There are a few ways to resolve this, but it requires changing your email address in the RIGHT account to something else, freeing up the GOOD email and then updating the WRONG account with the GOOD email. Check this article to solve that issue.
Reset password if logged into app
To reset your password from the APP:
Click on the circle icon in the upper right corner,
Press the person icon with pencil over it in the upper right corner
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and press reset password.
This will send a password reset email to your email address.
NOTE: the link will open in a browser window, if you were already logged into the browser with a different email address, you will be updating the password for that email which may be different than the password you are logged in with on the app.
