Our Deposit Policy
Deposits for First Hand: A Watchmaking Workshop by Hampden are nonrefundable, but never lost.
You may:
Apply your deposit to any future class within 12 months, or
Convert it into a Hampden Watch gift card for use toward any product or experience.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least two weeks before your class date. We’ll gladly help you apply your deposit to a future workshop with available space.
Because each session is limited to four guests, advance planning ensures your space can be offered to another watch enthusiast.
