What's included in this article

Exporting all vs filtered RAMS

You have two options for which information to export

  1. Exporting all RAMS from the division

  2. Export a filtered view, e.g. all live RAMS

Exporting all RAMS in a division

Go to your Current RAMS list, then click the column manager button > Export.

This will start exporting the information for all the RAMS created in that division.

You can continue working on HandsHQ whilst the CSV is being generated. The report will automatically download to your device.

Exporting specific RAMS based on your search results

You may want a filtered export for RAMS. For example, if you apply a filter to view live and approved RAMS, you'll then have the option to export only the filtered RAMS.

To export a filtered list of RAMS

  • Apply the desired filters or search for specific RAMS

  • Click the column manager > Export

  • Select to export the filtered view, or all RAMS in the division

When the search results have been generated, follow the same process outlined above for exporting the CSV and receiving the link to the file via email.

What information is included in the report

The CSV will capture the following information (depending on the features switched on for your account):

  • RAMS name

  • RAMS status

  • RAMS reference

  • When RAMS was last updated

  • Whom it was last updated by

  • When RAMS was created

  • Whom it was created by

  • Whether RAMS was created as a duplicate

  • Version number

The CSV will include all RAMS in the division you are exporting from (unless you do a specific search as outlined below).

Depending on your features, your export might also include:

  • Approval status

  • Review due date

  • Assigned reviewer

  • Whether the risk assessments in the RAMS are up-to-date

What's included depends on the features in your plan.
