If you have forgotten your HANDS HQ password you can reset it easily. Your username will be the email address that you receive emails from HANDS HQ.

Navigate to the HANDS HQ login page https://app.handshq.com/users/sign_in

Click on Forgot your password?

Enter your email address and click Reset password

An email will now be sent to the email address you just entered

Once you have received your email click the link Change my password to navigate to your reset password page

Please note your password will not change until this link has been clicked

Enter a new password and click Reset password

Your password has now been reset.
