If you've been allocated an allowance by your company you will see this across the top of your homepage. You'll have a different card for each allowance so keep this in mind when entering your card details.
From this screen you'll be able to see the balance, the renewal rate as well as the methods available to access the allowance. Click on the allowance to activate your card and get started!
Cards & Reimbursements
When creating an allowance, employers have the option to give access to these funds via cards, reimbursements, or both. You'll be able to see which is enabled on your allowance from the home screen under the allowance name.
Cards
Cards can either be virtual or physical, depending on what your employer has chosen. We recommend opting for virtual cards so you can grab your card details more quickly. You can also add these to your virtual Apple or Google wallet. Check out this article to get started.
Reimbursements
If you have reimbursements enabled on your allowance you can make a claim for a purchase you made on your personal card. This is great if you're a little short on your balance, if you forget to use your Happl card, or if the provider you use doesn't accept card payments.
