What do the shipping statuses mean?

  • Sender has created a label, UPS has not yet received the package.

    The shipping label for your order has been created and passed along with your order summary to the shipping department. Your package is now being assembled and prepared for dispatch.

    Please note that during the Christmas season, there may be slight delays due to the high volume of orders.

  • Pickup Scan

    The shipment has been picked up by UPS and is on its way to the UPS hub in Hamburg.

  • Arrived at facility

    The shipment has arrived at the Hamburg hub and is now being prepared for delivery.

  • Departed facility

    The shipment has left the Hamburg hub and is now on its way to the distribution center in Herne-Boernig.

  • Arrived at facility / Departed facility

    The shipment has left Herne-Boernig and is on its way to the UPS hub in your country/region.

    Any further status updates mean that the shipment has arrived at the UPS hub in your country/region.

  • In transit (Arrived at facility)

    The shipment has arrived at the final UPS facility in your region and is being prepared for delivery.

  • Out for delivery

    Your package has been loaded onto the delivery vehicle and should be delivered later the same day.

  • Delivered

    You have received your package, or someone else in your household has accepted it on your behalf.
