There can be several reasons why your order hasn’t arrived yet.
If your tracking status says “Label created, UPS has not yet received the package”, this means only the shipping label has been created. Please check your email inbox (and spam folder) for a shipping notification from us.
Another possibility is a delivery delay by DHL/UPS. Unfortunately, we have no control over delivery once the package has been handed over. Any delay should be reflected in the tracking info.
Lastly, the delivery may not have been successful, and your package could be with a neighbor or at a pickup point or parcel locker. Please check your mailbox for a delivery notice. If you did not receive one, email us at info@happysprinkles.com using your order email address.
