Data Synchronization Between Shopify and Feedyio
Feedyio provides an easy way to synchronize data from Shopify and ensure your feeds are always up-to-date. Synchronization occurs either manually or automatically, depending on your needs.
Note: The synchronization duration depends on the volume of data in your Shopify account, including the number of products, variants, collections, and metafields.
Manual Synchronization
Manual synchronization allows users to immediately update Feedyio data after making changes in Shopify.
Open the Feedyio app.
Navigate to the Feeds section.
Click the Sync products with Shopify button.
Wait for the process to complete.
No additional synchronization can be initiated during synchronization.
Automatic Synchronization
Automatic synchronization ensures regular data updates without the need for manual intervention.
Open the Feedyio app.
Navigate to the Settings section.
Go to the Sync Settings section.
Select the desired synchronization interval: Hourly, Daily or Weekly.
Save the changes.
Note: The automatic interval can be adjusted at any time to suit your preferences.
Important Notes
Only one synchronization can run at a time.
If a synchronization is in progress, you must wait for it to complete before starting another. New changes may not take effect.
