Kaufland – How to add automatic product and offer feeds

Updated over 2 months ago

Automatically upload your product and offer data to Kaufland Seller Portal using scheduled feed URLs. This allows you to keep your catalog and stock always up to date without manual effort.

Product vs. Offer Feed – What’s the Difference?

A product feed contains general product data, such as the product title, description, images, and attributes. This information describes what the product is and is shared across all sellers on Kaufland. You only need to upload a product feed if the item does not already exist in Kaufland’s catalog.

An offer feed, on the other hand, is specific to you as a seller. It includes details like the price, available stock, delivery time, and condition of the product. The offer feed links to an existing product (using the EAN) and defines how you are offering it for sale.

In short:

  • Product = what the item is,

  • Offer = how you are selling it.

💡 Tip: Upload both feeds if you’re creating new products. Use only the offer feed if the product already exists in Kaufland’s catalog.

  1. Go to Kaufland Seller Portal and log in to your account.
