In Harbiz, you can now create personalized workouts using artificial intelligence (AI). This new tool allows you to generate workouts tailored to your clients' needs in a simple and efficient way. Below, we explain how to use it, its benefits, and some practical examples to get started.

Where to find the AI workouts feature

  1. Access the Library.

  2. Go to the Physical Activity section.

  3. Enter the Workouts tab.

  4. Click on Harbiz AI.

  5. In the workout creation section, you will find a box where you can write a "prompt" for the AI to generate your workout.

  6. If you want to use your own exercise library, make sure to activate the corresponding option.


What is a Prompt?

A prompt is an instruction you give to the AI so it knows what kind of workout you want to create. Write your instructions clearly and specifically to get the best results.
