You can now correct your invoices in a professional, legally compliant way — without losing any record.
We've introduced credit notes: the standard mechanism for voiding or correcting an issued invoice without deleting it. The original invoice stays intact, the credit note offsets it, and your accounting remains clean, transparent, and ready for any audit.
When will you use it?
When there's a data error on an invoice (ID, name, amount).
When you need to handle a cancellation, refund, or duplicate charge.
Whenever a client requests a refund.
How does it work?
From the invoice list in the Business section, find the invoice you want to correct, open the "..." menu, and select Create credit note. The system generates an official PDF linked to the original invoice, marks it as "Voided", and updates your financial stats instantly.
For payments processed via Stripe, you can also manage the refund directly from the platform.
