You don't need any programming or design knowledge; the platform provides an optimized template structure so you only have to fill in your business information.
Go to the Marketing module in your dashboard.

🎨 Brand
Define the visual identity of your site by setting the professional's commercial name (mandatory), business location, logo, color scheme (primary, background, and text), as well as the typography that best fits your brand.
🔝 Header
This is the first section your visitors will see and the most critical one for keeping them on your page:
Top label: An optional short text above the main headline to highlight a benefit or niche (e.g., "1-on-1 Coaching").
Main headline: The title of your page. You can divide it into three blocks and use the "aA" icon to highlight a specific keyword with your corporate color.
Subtitle: A brief excerpt (maximum 2 lines) written in the first person where you explain your value proposition.
Main image: A vertical cover photograph (JPG or PNG, ideally 1080×1350 px) that will accompany your presentation.
Main Button (CTA): You can completely customize the behavior of your website's primary button. Choose the text that best connects with your audience and assign it one of the following automatic destinations:
Internal scroll: Takes the visitor directly down the page to view your pricing plans.
Contact form: Opens the website's built-in form to capture their details.
Direct channel: Initiates a chat with you by opening the WhatsApp application.
External link: Redirects to any external URL of your choice (e.g., booking or scheduling tools like Calendly).
Trust numbers: Add quantitative data and real milestones from your career to generate immediate credibility. The system allows you to highlight key metrics such as your number of clients, years of experience, or success rate.
📹 Videos
You can link up to a maximum of 3 videos previously hosted on your YouTube or Vimeo channels. This section is perfect for introducing yourself, explaining your working methodology, or showing a preview of what is included inside the app.
📸 Image Gallery
Upload up to 8 photographs (PNG, JPG, or WebP formats with a maximum of 2 MB per file) to showcase before/after results or photos of your training sessions.

Sell your services from Your Web
Your landing page is fully integrated with the Harbiz Shop (Stripe payments). Thanks to this, any visitor can purchase your services autonomously: the client selects the plan, completes the secure payment, and the system automatically registers and adds them to your platform without you having to do anything!
How to add your rates to the Website:
Make sure you have created your products or subscription plans in the Business section.
Go to Marketing > Website and click on Plans in the side menu.
Select the services from your catalog that you want to display to the public.
Highlight your star plan: Click on the heart icon (❤️) on the selected product to add a "Recommended" tag to it.
Add commercial hooks: You can set a "Previous price" that will appear crossed out next to the actual price to reflect temporary offers, and detail exactly what is included (or excluded) in the plan using the checkmarks (✔️).
Contact channels and Customer Support
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ): Anticipate and resolve recurring questions from potential clients to reduce friction during the purchase process.
Contact form: Enable the "Send message" option in both the header and the footer of the page. All details filled in by the lead will automatically sync to your Clients > Leads section, sending you an email and a push notification on your app.
WhatsApp button: Configure a floating button that remains visible during navigation. You can define a pre-written message as a template so that when the user clicks the button, the WhatsApp chat opens with text already written by default (e.g., "Hi, I would like to receive information about your plans...").
Social media: Paste the URL of your profiles (Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.) to display them as icons in the footer of your website.
Web Positioning (SEO and Domain)
In this section, you can optimize your link preview. Define the SEO title, business description, and cover image that you want to display automatically whenever you share your website's URL on channels like WhatsApp, LinkedIn, X, and Google.

This website is primarily designed to attract new users (who buy, pay, and register all at once). If an existing client tries to purchase from this link, the system will detect their email and redirect them to log in. What happens to my website if I cancel my Harbiz subscription?
Your landing page is a service tied to your professional account. Therefore, if your Harbiz account is deactivated or cancelled, the website will automatically stop being visible on the internet. |
Are the changes I make in the editor applied instantly?
No. While you edit, the system automatically saves your progress as a private draft. Your public website will only be updated with the new changes once you explicitly click the Publish button.
