In this section, you’ll find all relevant information about your business sales and can observe fluctuations over your selected time period.

What does the finance section consist of?

⭐The Finance section provides a comprehensive and detailed view of sales across different subscription plans, products sold, and records of external sales, allowing you to analyze your revenue.

With this tool, we enable strategic decision-making based on sales patterns and trends, optimizing financial management and promoting sustained growth through a clear understanding of your results.

Click on the arrow next to each title to expand the full section details and access comprehensive information.

Metrics

Total Sales

Shows the total revenue generated from sales made through both Harbiz Payments and External Payments for the selected period.

Sales on Harbiz

Total sales processed via Stripe, including subscriptions, renewals, and one-time product sales, for the selected period.

External Sales

Total of recorded external sales marked as "Paid" during the selected period.

Unpaid and Refunds

Sum of transactions processed via Stripe that are in retry or unpaid status, along with refunds manually processed, for the selected period.

Sales with Harbiz Payments

Shows the total accumulated revenue for the day selected in the date filter. This total is calculated by adding revenue from new sales and renewals, and subtracting amounts from refunds and cancellations.

In this section, you can view transactions and revenue generated through payments processed with Stripe. This area is especially useful for maintaining a daily and detailed record of income from platform sales.

New: New sales from one-time products and subscriptions.

Renewals: Automatic renewals of subscription products.

Refunds: Manual refunds of payments processed via Harbiz + prorations/refunds when a plan change is made.

Cancellations: Amount not transacted due to client plan cancellations.

When you hover over and click, a window appears showing the data represented for that specific day, based on the selected classification.

💡Click on "View Details": When you select "View Details," you can see the customer's information and the actions taken each day. You will be able to view:

  • Name of the product or plan purchased, canceled, or refunded

  • Plan amount, which can be a positive or negative value in the case of a refund or cancellation

  • Category: new, renewal, refund, completed (canceled)

By clicking on each user, you will be taken to the customer's profile in the "Plan and Products" section to view the history and all payment transactions.

List of revenues by plan and products

This list displays all products and plans sold or renewed during the selected period, processed through Stripe.

Quickly discover which product or service brings the highest sales and revenue to your business.

The table provides and classifies the content based on:

  • Name of the subscription or one-time payment product

  • Total units sold

  • Total revenue per product

You can sort the table by any of its fields in alphabetical or numerical order, as well as search for a specific product or filter by product type.

💡 Click on "View Details":


When you click on each plan/product, a list of customers who have purchased that product during the selected period will appear.

You can access each customer's profile to view more detailed information about the product purchase.

External sales

This section allows you to view and manage income recorded through receipts (external payments) in Harbiz. The income can appear in two states:

  • Paid

  • Pending

Receipts in "Paid" and "Pending" status are displayed, filtered by the payment or issuance date specified on each receipt.

💡 Click on "View Details":

When selecting a day, the detailed information of the receipts registered on that date will be displayed. All receipts issued in 'Paid' and 'Pending' status will be shown.

By clicking on 'View Details', you can see all the receipts for the day. Additionally, when selecting each receipt, you will access its detailed information.

This graph shows the percentage and total amount of receipts in 'Paid' or 'Pending Payment' status for the selected date.

At a glance, you can see all 'Pending Payment' receipts and take the necessary actions to achieve 100% completed payments.

💡 Click on "View Details":

You will see the customers with invoices in each status, the total number of products sold, the amount paid/to be paid, and whether the purchase includes a discount.

By clicking on each customer, you will be directed to their profile in the "Plan and Products" section to view the transaction history.
