MetricsShow key data on customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty, providing a comprehensive overview. Total clients Sum of "non-archived" and active customers in the account based on the selected date range. New clients Number of customers acquired within the selected date range. Recurrent clients Number of customers who were already acquired prior to the selected date range. Average permanence The average time customers remain active, from their activation until they are archived or deleted, within the selected date range. |
