Click on the arrow of each title to expand the full details of the section and access the detailed information.

Metrics

Show key data on customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty, providing a comprehensive overview.

Total clients

Sum of "non-archived" and active customers in the account based on the selected date range.

New clients

Number of customers acquired within the selected date range.

Recurrent clients

Number of customers who were already acquired prior to the selected date range.

Average permanence

The average time customers remain active, from their activation until they are archived or deleted, within the selected date range.

Client evolution graph

You will be able to visualize the total number of customers in different states based on the selected date range.

Visibility options: Filter by customer status breakdown.

  • Total clients: Variation in the total number of customers at the end of each day within the selected period.

  • New clients: Number of new customers registered on each specific day within the selected period.

  • Archived customers: Number of customers archived on each specific day within the selected period.

  • Deleted customers: Number of customers deleted on each specific day within the selected period.

The chart will allow you to see how your customer base varies over time. Learn from seasonal trends, and visualize the success of each promotion or acquisition and retention strategy.

When you hover over and click, a window appears that gathers the data represented for the selected day, based on the chosen classification.

When you select "view details," a list appears showing all customers with the chosen status on the selected day. Click on each user to access their profile.

Collect all customer statuses as of today, organized in tables according to each status.

Discover the current status of your customers and implement actions and strategies to acquire, serve, retain, and engage each of them.


Customer statuses and classifications

Invited πŸ’»

  • Leads: Total number of customers who have registered following an invitation through the customer loyalty program.

  • Not Registered: Customers to whom the professional has sent an invitation, but who have not yet completed the registration or have not started it.

Waiting ⏰

  • Pending Start: Customers who have purchased a product and are waiting for the professional to activate their subscription.

    Go to the customer's profile > Information > Plan and Products to "start service now."

  • No planning: Customers who do not have any events scheduled in the agenda or whose planning is empty beyond 4 days.

Active βœ…

  • With subscription: Customers with an active subscription plan.

  • Without subscription: Customers without a subscription plan but may have a one-time paid product or can make payments through another method.

At Risk 🚨

  • Low Compliance: Customers who have completed less than 50% of the assigned content in the last month (last 30 days).

  • Cancelled Subscription: Customers who have cancelled their subscription but are still within the last days of their current plan.

  • Subscriptions ended: Customers who cancelled their subscription more than 30 days ago and have not acquired a new one.

  • Payment Error: Customers experiencing payment issues due to failed charge attempts by Stripe. While Stripe continues to attempt collection, the customer will appear here. In case of persistent errors, the date of the last payment attempt may be included.

Completed ❌

  • Archived: Total archived customers

  • Deleted: Deleted customers

What can you visualize?

A list of customers by status and their associated information. By clicking on a customer, you will access the relevant section to see the details of their status or to create an action plan.
