This new reporting button in Hauler Hero is also known as Sigma reporting. Similar to using Google Maps vs creating your own, we are using Sigma Reports to host our reporting data.

If you cannot access the report dashboard within Hauler Hero, this is likely due to a permission setting created by the System Admin of your company. Hauler Hero's employees cannot edit or reset individual employee permissions. Please contact your company's admin to discuss reporting needs. They will need to reset your permissions in user settings, not Hauler Hero.

If you are a System Administrator for your company and all permissions are enabled and you still cannot see the Reporting button, please contact your Implementation Manager or Customer Success Manager to review that reporting has been enabled for your company's account.
